With the help of a wheelchair van, some careful planning, and the LSP nursing staff, Resident Kyle Henderson was able to fulfill one of his son’s dearest wishes: to have his father there for his wedding day. It was a joint effort, and required some careful coordination, but the plan went off without a hitch! Kyle arrived dressed to the nines in a crisp gray suit and pale orange tie, sporting a fresh haircut, and ready to celebrate the joyous occasion. Kyle’s son Zach worked with Sister Mary Jeanette and members of the nursing staff to coordinate all the details that went into making this day possible, including a detailed travel plan and the use of the LSP wheelchair van to transport Kyle to and from the wedding. From what we hear, it was a beautiful day filled with family, happiness, and love. Congratulations Henderson family!
