Newly ordained priest, Father Joseph Goldsmith, conducted Mass at the Home on June 13th. Fr. Goldsmith, along with three other candidates, was ordained by Bishop DiLorenzo on Saturday, June 2 at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart.
Residents, Sisters, Volunteers, and Employees lined up after the Mass to receive the Rite of First Blessing from him. Although the line was long, and he was running late for lunch, each person was greeted warmly and no one was turned away.
